After installing the last release 2.2.3 a windowss DLL error show up.
“importDLL opencv8world4130.dll cannot be loaded”
back to 2.2
You’re right. Bundling/installer issue.
Packaging up a new one now.

website caching can make it a little slow so you might find you get the old one the first time you try to download.
