Can't Make Shot Track

Hi Matchbox masters!

I’m trying to make a shot change track.
But this is the error I get:

Clearly there is a video file on the shot track but matchbox doesn’t seem to recognize it.

My specs just in case:
Matchbox v1.6.0
PT 24.6.0
MacBook Pro - Apple M3 Pro
Sonoma 14.3

Also the video files are running off Lucid Link but pinned (basically downloaded to local cache) but I’ve done the same workflow before with Lucid Link and it has worked (I’m not allowed copy that file from Lucid for security reasons).

I’m using Video Sync 6 for playback and it works fine over there.

Yeah, so you’ve asked it to make a shot track using video CLIPS. What you’ve imported is a video FILE. It’s a confusing distinction, but an important one in Matchbox. A FILE is a full length reference movie (or guide track). A CLIP is one of the little one imported from an EDL, AAF, XML or whatever.
