Envy Connect Not Working on Pro Tools

Hi,

Cannot seem to get Envy Connect to work on my Pro Tools system. Mac Studio, Mac OS Montery 12.3.1, Pro Tools Ultimate 2024 6.0, Envy v2.1.11

I’ve read other posts on this Forum about the same issue. I made sure not to have a HotDrop folder on my ICloud. Tried dragging audio into my HotDrop and nothing shows up that way either. Please advise.

Is it a problem sending to Envy? Or back to pro tools?
Is your documents folder in the normal place?
Can you make an attempt, then send the Envy log files to our support email address?
/Users/YOURUSER/Library/Logs/Envy
and
/Users/YOURUSER/Library/Logs/EnvyConnect
