How do i get Nuendo Reconform to actually work?

Hi guys -

I am having issues reconfirming in Nuendo… I have followed the steps outlined in your manual.
When I say reconfirm, it returns: FAILED-ERR7 See Log file.

Can you help me to trouble shoot this?
For some reason, I dont see Matchbox listed as an extension in nuendo, despite it being in the correct path.

I tried with Nuendo 13 and also Nuendo 12 (both last known versions of each)

I am on macOS Sonoma 14.7.7 with a M1 Mac Studio

FTR -there’s a separate log file in ~/Library/Logs/Matchbox_Nuendo

Actually - I just remembered…

Someone else once had ERR7 and it turned out he’d set his session start to a negative number.

There also used to be an issue where Nuendo could end up with a session start time very very slightly lower or higher the number it’s displaying.

Set a new start time, then set it back to 01:00:00:00 (or whatever it should be) to be sure it’s on an exact frame boundary.
