Matchbox Can't find helper Plugin Win 10

Hello!

I have a matchbox error saying “can’t find the Helper Plugin”.
I did everything recommended to prepare the conform like Undo 4, deactivate Tracks, ect.

I am on Win 10, Pro Tools Ultimate 2020, last week it was still working, I didn’t change the system…
What can I do ? Any ideas…?!
I saw a similiar post but it is on Mac, so don’t know how to learn from it…

First of all, make sure the helper plugin is open. Find it in the audio suite menu.
If it’s still complaining, reach out on our support @ email address and we can dig deeper and figure it out.

Hi, I’ve just came across the same problem. I’d like to open the 'helper plugin but it does not appear anywhere in the audiosuite menu.

I’m using Windows 11 with ProTools 12.5.0.

I’m out of solution, matchbox is pretty much my go to. Please help
