Shot track using video files (pro tools studio 2023.6 ,Mac OS)

I am unable to create shot tracks on my pro tools studio 2023.6 running on Mac OS
I am able to analyse the video file and when creating shot track I am unable to create it.
using trail version of match box.

ps:did what the tutorial on YouTube suggested

Hard to know without seeing the error or crash which is implied by “I am unable to…”.
I will guess that you’ve chosen the wrong menu item of the 2 which create shot tracks.
try the other one (…File… rather than …Clip…)
