Stemcell v1 Custom filter slopes vs Fixed 24db/octave filter slope in v2 using Redirect

I saw this in the v2 manual below regarding redirect + 24db/octave default (greyed out layouts). But what if you want all your channels redirected at 36db slope and the same 36db slope set for the LFE? Why can’t we create custom redirect slopes for channels and the LFE? Lemme know if there are issues redirecting at any other slope besides 24db/octave. Also attached is a v1 screenshot setup.

Thx!

FILTER DESIGN:
The redirect lters use a xed slope -24dB/oct Linkwitz-Riley design, of the kind commonly used in speaker
crossovers. Any other choice of lters or slope would result in a bump or dip at the crossover frequency, so when REDIRECT is engaged for a channel, the slope parameter is ignored, and disabled in the GUI. Note that the OFFstate of the slope parameter is also ignored.

Yeah, because we are effectively creating a “crossover”, just as you would have in a speaker.
The only way to get a flat response from the 2 resultant output signals of a crossover is to use the linkwitz-riley design, which requires 24dB Butterworth filters.

We could also do it with 48dB, but that’s a much more extreme filter with its own drawbacks
