Do you mean that you a trying to reconform inside your Pro Tools session?
And the little progress window says “Range Err - Retrying”. ??
This usually means you have the wrong framerate set in your Pro Tools session.
Normally this would be detected by Matchbox, and it would give you a warning in the Run Reconform window before it starts.
Did you see any warning like that?
Otherwise, it may be that you have a really heavy PT session, and PT can’t keep up.
In this case, try slowing down the “reconform speed” preference in Matchbox.

Include all your system versions, and if possible a video of what is happening, showing your settings for Matchbox and Pro Tools.
