I just installed the trial version of Envy 2.1.11 on a Windows 11 system. The installation process went through with no issues. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to boot up correctly. This is all I see every time I try to execute the program.
What could be the issue? Thanks in advance
In the end my trial version ended, I could never use the software, and I never received any support from The Cargo Cult.

I was asked to provide additional information by email, which I did. After sending the requested details, I did not receive any further response or follow-up. So the problem remains unresolved.
This back and forth without actual resolution has been quite frustrating. I was genuinely interested in trying the software on my personal account before recommending it to my team. However, the lack of consistent communication makes it difficult to move forward with confidence. I cannot spend months waiting for responses. It’s simply a poor use of my time. For that reason, I will be stepping away from this inquiry and will not be recommending your product at this stage. Reliable customer support is especially important in the audio field, where deadlines are often tight.
