I use Slapper in ProTools, it’s working perfectly.
I also use Slapper in SoundMiner and, maybe it’s a VST issue, I can not find where’s the presets are located on the GUI.
What am I missing ?

There’s no preset management built into the UI.
We leave it to the host DAW to manage presets, but in the case of SM I don’t think it has any such system in place. A workaround is to drag/drop the preset files onto Slapper
